I’m working as Doctor completing my post grad trainee at a tertiary care hospital started my training as G.Surgeon. Recently one of my school buddy needed a big favour which I helped him with, related to some paperwork and a case handled with protocol. He invited me for hunting of bateer near his Dera and village a common hobby which we shared and I obliged.
I arrived at his home in village near periphery of jhang district we had lunch and drove in cars to his dera which was roughly 25km from his place. A two story structure with open veranda and basic necessities.
Hum ne sham me shikari kuttee and gun li aur sunset se phele game start, maza aya around 40 bateer giraye jo driver uthata raha aur sham me deray and wapis agaye.
Kuch uske dost agaye wahi school aur college ki batien aur sab apne apne stories sunanay lagay . Phir khana laga sab ne khana khaya aur apne ghar chalay gaye bas mai aur mera dost reh gaye.
Till a woman came to pick up khanay ke bartan. My friend boosted to her “ Maheen ap ve roti kha laye e ( you had food too?) and she said “ jee choudary sab” and he said “ dr sab da shukr karo aj di dawat inay day laye e, khayal rakhna vip shikhayat na aye te puchde rehna dr no” ( be thankful to dr todays feast was in his honour , keep asking if he needs anything and give vip treatment)”
Then she walked away, and my friend said “ chai te hookah ke le ao welay ho kar” we sat around for 15-20 mins and friend told me that she is wife of caretaker of her dera and cows and goats but her husband is now an addict for past 1 year and doesn’t come home now she and her brother takes care of everything who lives in another village and usually leaves around 5. So this way my friend takes care of her and her 4 children and their basic amenities while she and her brother take care of his dera and get a place to live. And he takes good care of them from clothes to books and she takes care of him when he is on dera or his wife is on periods iykwim.
She came to serve us chai and hookah, that’s when I saw her around 5.6” with petite body normal complexion in shalwar kameez with a nosepin. Only attractive feature was her big eyes and idk how very red cheeks. I told my friend “ mai chai nahi peeta “ and he ordered her “ raati dr sab de kamre vhich doodh le jaye taza ( take milk to dr sab room later at night) We smoked cigerretes and hookah till I left for the room change into trouser and started doom scrolling after 30 min

she came to room knocked on the door and said “ Dr sab ajawa doodh le ke” I said yes . She entered the room placed the mug on side bed , i could see her hairs were wet maybe after shower

I was rubbing my feets sitting cross legged “ mai tu sone laga tha bas abhi” she said “ o mai bachaya no sulana si te ap bhi saaf hona si mazrat, tusi doodh peevo mai tawaday paaer duba dendi a” I said no she insisted and sat on floor with dupata on side and started with my calves. She told me how my friend is taking care of her and her children and even make sure they eat good etc while I finished the milk with two sips left I passed her the mug and offered “ tum pee lo” she stood up and “ dr sab hur kuj mere like”
I said “ bas jao tum bhi aram karo”
To which she shyly replied “ sab ji mai rukna naye? Choudary sab ne kheya he tawadi khidmat karni e”
I laughed and saw her eyes and took the hint and made her sat on my lap and dried humped her and grabbed her boobs while her breathing got heavier. Got up and took off my clothes while she took off her. Thank god her pussy was clean. Before asking she went into doggy, i literally laughed and asked her “ condom nahi paray” and she said “ choudary sab vi istemal naye karde” I placed my deck over her pussy lips and started running rubbing up and down and with one thrust I put it in. Her pussy was a bit loose but wet as hell and the most hilarious part was with each thrust she would moan like a dead horse “ hayee oye hayee oye , oiiii oii”. I kept going for like five minutes till I got a little sweaty and took my cock out of her and sat on the bed to grab some air. She took her dupata and wipe some of my sweat and gave me glass of water. Whole time she kept standing while I played with her ass. I guarded her face down to my cock and ask her for a blowjob, but she politely said no “ ulti andi e” . I placed her in missionary and started giving her slow but hard thrust and with each trust she would be like “ hayyee oye margi” she put a clothes over her face. I snatched it and she said “ sharm andi e” I laughed as i held her both legs in air till she said “ lata chad do mai jism tut raya” . I took my cock out, sat on the corner of the bed. And she said “thak gaye o te menu karan do” she sat on my lap in reverse and started fucking fast yet soft and before I knew I came in. I just grabbed heard and laid her over me as I cuddled her from behind and we took heavy breaths. I was laughing and she was kind of shy and awkward. She stood up and her shalwar and wipe her pussy and my dick. I put back on my trouser and took some money out of wallet and give her she surely took it and said “ aedi load naye tusi mehman o choadry sab de” . Then she asked “ tawada hor dil hai ya mai bedsheet badal dewa” and I laughed and ask her to go rest and sleep. She put on her clothes. And shyly went away while I slept like a horse all night
In the morning, I saw her at the dinner table serving us breakfast while she gave me smirks I called her little boy over and gave him some money. And before I knew I was back on the road, cause I had to reach my station back again.
