Do some people have life figured out?

I’ve met a fellow Millennial who was a bit off putting yet fascinating at the same time. She had very strong opinions on who was mature, what the proper way to live life was, and was telling me how she was so complex, and everyone else she meets was so simple, immature, and didn’t have their lives figured out.

It was all kind of vague and subjective, but I didn’t want to press too much. What does she mean?
