I saw people in video using Active (+20 Max AP) on an infinite VATS build. Why would that be necessary? Wouldnt that just be a bigger pool of AP to never use. Why would I care if I can use it infinitely?
Healthy, Sentinel or Thru-Hiker seem way more useful. What would you use atm?
