How was a glimmora immune to fake out and shadow ball?

I was just playing a round of champions and I played a guy who had whimsicott/hisuian typhlosion/glimmora (never saw the last). After turn 2 he swapped in Glimmora and I swapped in Sneasler and went for fake out on the following round, and fake out didn't work and the message said it was immune. Then 2 turns later I had swapped in my Sinistcha and tried to go for shadow ball and it also said it was immune to that??? Please help me as I am like tweaking out trying to figure out how a glimmora could have possible been essentially normal/ghost typing.
