Ship Fuel Changes

So yesterday I totally missed the thruster consumption changes. Sorry bout that.

I added everything to the [spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1J1vGHD1Q7xFh6XfLfha7ZDgtyhwp4Prp7t5NIsrL-bQ/).
Although you only get a ratio for the distance, as calculating the exact range is a lot harder than for quantum.
Most ships got a 38% range reduction, there's a couple ships that got more or less, so check what ships matters to you.

I also tried to make it so that you can have a drive selector for all 3 sizes (S4 cannot be changed).
Remember that you need to make a copy of the sheet to your drive (file > Make a Copy) to change values yourself.
