Bx contacts?

I received my order from bx today however its completely destroyed and unusable for the most part. Ive emailed him multiple times but the address isn't a valid email.. im going to call tomorrow seeing as its already 8 pm but anything would help, a reddit username or discord? Maybe a Facebook page?
