Roast my repair business: 221K impressions in 90 days, 27 bookings. Tell me where I'm losing them.

travelling-technicians.ca — doorstep phone and laptop repair in Metro Vancouver. I come to you, fix it in 30–90 minutes, you never drop anything off.

I'm not here to tell you it's great. Here are the actual numbers:

- 221,200 Google impressions in the last 90 days
- ~1,210 clicks (0.54% CTR)
- Average position 8.5
- **27 bookings through the site in that entire window**
- $0 on ads

Something between "sees me" and "books me" is badly broken and I've been too close to it for too long to see it.

Things I think are good, which you should feel free to destroy:
- The chat agent quotes you in about 10 seconds with no email gate. Try it.
- Pricing is upfront with a value and premium tier, and I name the actual part quality instead of
hiding behind "depends."
- Warranty is 3 months on value parts, 12 on premium, issued automatically.

Things I already suspect are bad:
- Position 8 with 0.54% CTR means my titles are boring even when I rank.
- I'm a service-area business with no storefront, so I get buried in the map pack by shops with an
address.
- The booking flow might be too long. I honestly don't know.

Go ahead. I'd rather hear it here than keep guessing.
