How can I tell the difference between balanitis and gonorrhoea?

19M, recently sexually active and started experiencing symptoms the day after. I’ve ordered a reliable and genuine STD test but until that happens I could do with some peace of mind. The discharge I’m getting is from under my foreskin, not my urethra, which is making me think it’s not gonorrhoea. But I’m not sure. Any advice?
