Hi guys so im 19 ive just put in a request for a private bipolar assessment because the nhs is shocking anyway so i just feel super great right now i have a call with a private clinic to see if i need to go forward with an evaluation but given my mood lightening im thinking of cancelling its in 2 days but i just think maybe i was just sad and now its all good idk man should i cancel
