Costipation from laxative abuse

19F I’m 60kgs and around 4’11 about 2 months ago I abused laxatives almost daily for weight loss and then the last time it happened I got extremely sick for 1 day high fever and then went back to normal but I couldn’t poop for 11 days and we tried clinics nothing worked I tried to go to a hospital but I don’t have insurance and it was too much to pay out of pocket and then one day I managed to shit not even fully just enough to not be in pain and then I could shit a little every 2-3 days and it’s been an entire month of the same thing and I don’t know what to do because I tried putting suppositories in and when I push I cramp so hard to a point where I’m in pain and I lose control of my muscles when pushing I tried every laxative on the market and what I abused was dulo something 5-10mgs and what I did so far was try it again and then try the liquid kind and the glycerin suppository and warm milk like a lot of it and a lot of soups and fruits.

Pls help me I’m desperate
