service dog help

hello, I have ehlers danlos syndrome and it’s left my hands deformed. I frequently drop items and it hurts to bend over (i got scoliosis) and it makes me dizzy (it also spikes my heart rate). a service dog would be life changing, if anyone’s able to help out I’d really appreciate it
