Is Occhio Optical a good place for eyeglasses, or is Quiapo still the way to go?

I already have a prescription from our trusted optometrist and I am now planning on getting my eyeglasses made. We have an Occhio Optical branch near us and I am wondering if the price difference between the two is big or if it was just small and I should just settle for Occhio to save some money that I would otherwise use to commute to Quiapo.
