Normal side effects of microdosing?

I’m 44 yo, 5’5”, 150 lbs. I’m trying to lose 15 lbs.

I’ve taken two doses of 8 units of semaglutide so far. The first week, I felt awful days 1-5, but lost 3 lbs. Felt normal on days 6-7, gained 1 lb. After taking my second dose yesterday, I feel awful again. My main side effects are intense fatigue and nausea.

My question is whether this will normalize, or will I just go between awful and normal? If I can’t function more than half the time, this won’t work for me. :/ I’m supposed to increase my dose to 12 units next week.
