Card scanner issues

I’ve been a collectr pro member for 3 years. I don’t always use the scanning tool but when I do for loose cards, I am scanning many at a time. Once I cross over 100+ cards (estimate), the app just completely stops recognizing cards. Same thing happened when I was using it 6 months ago. It’s extremely frustrating because manually entering them is tedious and I pay for the pro version for a reason.

Can the technical team please look into this? Thank you.
