My first experience with penetrative sex (what many people would call "losing my virginity," though I don't particularly like that term) took place with me in bondage, and I wasn't allowed to orgasm afterward. I was blindfold and ball gagged with my hands bound above my head and my legs spread. The denial was a complete surprise at the time. He had complete control over my orgasms already, I knew I was going to be penetrated, but the denial was a surprise, but it was definitely not outside of the scope of our pre-agreed terms. I just didn't realize he'd be so cruel to me my first time.
