worst migraine to date, please help

25 y/o female, 5’1 & abt 180, taking zoloft & sumatriptan for migraines, social tobacco user & regular MJ user.
have had a horrible ice pick migraine since friday night (7/24). wasn’t that bad took some extra strength tylenol & went to bed and assumed it would absolve by the morning. basically have been restless and body can’t hold anything down since. have never had a migraine last this long, usually over within the day. have had them for about 15 years now and the sumatriptan is recent and has been helping for the most part. seemingly not doing anything this time. was waking up every hour last night to either throw up or get in the bath to try and regulate my body temp. have been using ice packs consistently since about 3am last night. had migraine go away for a little bit today today for a bout an hour or so and then started up again after eating and finally being able to keep food down. also had extremely bad dry mouth/throat despite staying hydrated and constantly sipping water throughout. i do not have insurance right now but will go to urgent care if it’s not gone by tomorrow, please offer some relief all of my usual remedies not doing anything and it’s horrible
