Question for tech people in Myanmar: Are there places in Burma to get/buy software (specifically giant open source LLM weights) without resorting to download via crawling internet speed

So, I gonna have to go back to Myanmar for familiy reasons. And I work with AI / LLM and keep tabs on new releases.

The problem, as some you tech people already know, these LLM are 500 GB to Terabytes in size. So it is not quite feasible to download them in the country.

Suggestions? Haven't been to Burma in like 10 years. Any places to get these offline, in Yangon?
