going to watch the movie on August 1st, but I don't have time to watch all the daredevil series + punisher

Hey all, I'm super excited to see the new spiderman movie coming up next week! I've watched pretty much all of the MCU movies including all of the spiderman ones. I haven't gotten time to watch the daredevil series or punisher series at all, and with this upcoming week being really busy. Is there a youtube video or something I should watch to recap everything? Or is it even worth the hassle I'm not sure what to do
