Sexual Function Issue Post Surgery?

For those that are wondering. I resumed sexual activity about 2-3 weeks after surgery. All the pipes worked lol, however for the past month I've been dealing with a severe case of health anxiety. My body has been in a constant state of fight or flight, so bad I scheduled to see a therapist. To make a long story short, my last orgasm had nothing come out... dry orgasm. I know anxiety can mess you all of you up, but worried that it's the inquinal hernia surgery. I've had no pain, great quick recovery and like I said, it's worked before..... worried about trying again.
