At what age am I supposed to start tolerating my siblings?

I’m 19, sister is 18 and my brother is 22. I dislike them both. My brother is a slob who doesn’t clean after himself, and talks all day on vc and doesn’t interact with any of us. My sister ignores every instruction I give her, solely because I’m the one telling her, e.g. if I tell her to clean up her own mess she entirely ignores me. Whenever I want to bake something that she doesn’t like, she has to announce that she doesn’t want to eat it (in a rude tone). I tolerate her more than my brother, but she just gets on my nerves and acts so rude and stuck up that it makes me like her as a person less. This isn’t the full extent of either of their behaviour, just a brief overview.
