Anyone in Palo Alto tried Botox for TMJ or jaw clenching?

I’ve been looking into options for TMJ, jaw tension, and teeth grinding, and Botox keeps coming up. I found Infinite Health Zone while searching for places nearby, but I’d rather hear from people who have actually tried it before reaching out. Did it help with the pain or headaches? Also open to other local recommendations.
