I can not verification on face it(((

When I take a selfie, the camera detects my face within a green frame and asks me to hold the position for a couple of seconds. However, the camera then resets the shot and displays a red frame. I make a tiny adjustment, and it locks onto the green frame again. This repeats several times, and then the site asks me to try again later. I’ve waited 15 minutes at a time—repeatedly—and tried again, but nothing happens. I’ve followed all the photo requirements. Please help me with this issue; I haven't been able to resolve it for over six months
