MK6 GOLF 2.5 HOTROD

Hello all, I’ve been looking into the IE stage 1 tune for my 2013 golf 2.5. The website claims 185 crank hp on 91 octane. I however will be tuning for 93 octane and already have a hot air cone filter intake and a catback exhaust. I know the gains will be marginal either way, but could I potentially get more than the advertised 185 crank hp due to the different fuel and preexisting mods? Yes it will still be slow and yes modding these is a waste of money but just wondering.
