Rock chip touch up cure time before ceramic coating ?

Im currently in the process of a one step polish on a 2024 4 runner in Ice Cap White. Friend wound like me to touch some rock chips. I have the Toyota paint pen. It says 24 hr cure time. Can I polish, touch up, and then ceramic coat it after 24 hrs?
