Is it gunna blow?

Hyundai Tuscan 2017 with an engine replaced under warranty (after it blew up on the highway - scary shit), then had a 'cat' replacement last week. Its now making this sketchy noise and I'm waiting for a time to bring it back in.

Just looking for reassurance that its not going to blow up again? We have kids with chronic health conditions who I have to run to appointments multiple times a week (as well as school runs) so I kinda need a car, but will get other transport of its bad...
