Just got chewed out by customer for throwing package

I slid a package and I used too much power and it accidentally slid and hit the door. The guy came out and berated me with swearing and said he would post the ring footage to multiple counties in the FL area. I apologized and said we have a time we have to hit for deliveries otherwise there will be issues. Eventually he said have pride in your work and promise to not throw packages and put them up nice, I said I will. I got 18 stops to go and this interaction is bugging me a lot. Thoughts?
