Recommended lineups.

I've been playing for quite a while, so this may seem like a stupid question, I've just never thought about it.

So whenever I decide it's time to push any given piece of content, I usually flip through the recommended lineups to see what others are using. Now, the highest BP I can get on any unit is in the low 120s for a few heroes. But when I look at others lineups, accounts that are at my, or below my level, are commonly putting out a Silas or a Vera in the mid to upper 130s. I'd always just figured that they just had better equipment, higher pantheon, etc... But just looking through teams for gd1, I had the though that maybe I'm seeing the BP adjusted for the lord bonus? That's got to be it, right?
