I think I may have a bell clapper deformity, and I am very paranoid about it

Hey there, M16 here, and basically the title. I'm unsure wether I just got it, but I've noticed it today a couple hours ago and have been very paranoid about testicular torsion. One testicle is rotated and lays kind of flat, whilst the other is vertical, as it sholud be. Sholud I inform my parents about it or just hope for the best?
