Grilled Chicken - I'm looking to buy frozen breasts for my own sandwiches

Hello,

I'm tried of the frozen chicken breasts I buy at the grocery store. They're usually too small or too large for a sandwich on a regular bun. How does CFA get nice uniform chicken breasts? I assume there is some supplier. Are they frozen?
