THIS WAS SO GOOD and will be a repeat in my household. It also is one of the few low cal, high protein recipes I made that tastes like real ice cream. No protein powder either.

MACROS
299 cal, 32g Carbs, 7g Fat, 23g Protein,
7g added sugar from the choc chips (depends on the kind, too)

Recipe:
400g (1 ⅔ cup) Fat free ultra-filtered milk (I use Fairlife)
\- 40g (3tbsp) Lakanto monk fruit sweetener
\- 5g (1 tsp) vanilla bean paste (or extract)
\- 1 small banana (\~100g) I used overripe for sweetness
\- 1g (¼ tsp) cinnamon
\- 1g (¼ tsp) pumpkin pie spice (can sub with a dash of nutmeg)
\- A pinch of salt (do not skip this!)
\- 1g (¼ tsp) xanthan gum
Mix-ins:
\- 15g chocolate chips mixed with 2g of coconut oil

Spin it on the Ice Cream setting, and right before the Mix-In cycle, combine the chocolate with the coconut oil, melt in the microwave (30 sec intervals, stirring in between), hollow out a hole in the center of the base, and pour in. After spinning on the Mix-In setting, it’ll turn into perfect, creamy chocolate chips.

Scoop it in a bowl and top with chocolate sprinkles and a sprinkle of salt and you’re golden!
