Prescribed 0.1%

Hey all,

I asked my doc for tretinoin, and was prescribed 0.1%. I started by using it every night, with no moisturizer, and it took three days for my face to feel like it is on fire.

While I sit at home and moisturize constantly, I have been reading this sub and learning that I was given no guidance from the doc. But here I am with the 0.1%, and not the lower prescriptions. When my face has calmed down, can I use it twice weekly, (with Nivea blue), or should I go back to the doc and ask for 0.025% (not ideal)?
