Need advice to study abroad.

i am currently starting my O2 in august, it is my dream to pursue studies abroad, currently i have no pre planning and don’t even have a country or a university in mind so i figured it’s best to ask around.
I am gonna try my hardest for good grades in o levels and i’ll do my college beacon house in mutlan and try the hardest for everything there too. What other things do i need to do to secure a scholarship for abroad studies, i also want to have a part time job in the country to support myself. Any advices you can share i will appreciate it a-lot as i am clueless right now
