No side courts for lower ranked players?

Hey guys, just started playing on some bigger ATP tournaments like Masters 1000 and I just played as 300th ranked player agains another 300th ranked player on the central court in Rome, that doesn’t make any sense..

Is it like this on other tournaments too and is there away to fix this? I would like to climb through the tournament with a goal to play on the central courts in the later stages.
