Hi cis male 17

Hi so I have a very interesting question is it possible for me being a guy to transition? I mean I don't really know too much about Estrogen and transitioning, but ever since young I've always been small and even now I'm still 5'2 100lbs, yes I'm healthy and no I'm not skinny, but I feel the want of transitioning I seriously don't know what to do??
