I wanna build a dimir, or maybe Esper deck. Runo Stormkirk? Or Captain N’gathrod(or other Dimir Horror, maybe Master of Keys or Nihiloor for Esper)

I’m looking at building a Dimir or Esper deck, and the cards I listed above are kinda what I’m looking at building for a commander. For Runo Stormkirk I’d kinda wanna build a sea creatures deck.

I’m looking maybe for deck lists, but mainly for specific cards I should run. I am especially looking for advice as to which of these I should build for a typically bracket 3 pod.
