9-Day Central Europe Itinerary Help

Planning a trip to Europe at the beginning of December and looking for some advice.
We're flying into Munich for a concert and staying there for 2 nights. We definitely want to visit Vienna and are trying to decide between Prague and Budapest, but are also open to other suggestions.
We enjoy trying local food, seeing unique architecture, and experiencing the overall vibe and culture of each city.

Right now we're considering:
Option 1: Munich (2 nights) → Prague (3 nights) → Vienna (4 nights)
Option 2: Munich (2 nights) → Vienna (4 nights) → Budapest (3 nights)
Option 3 (probably trying to do too much): Munich (2 nights) → Prague (2 nights) → Vienna (3 nights) → Budapest (2 nights)

For those of you who've been to these cities in December, which itinerary would you choose? Is it worth trying to fit in all four cities, or should we stick to three?
