[M4F] A rough, degrading interview for wannabe influencer sluts

Outside the building, the sun beat down from a flawless blue sky, yet another beautiful but scorching Miami day. The recruitment centre was located near the docks, nestled amidst a few prestigious and highly exclusive boat clubs whose members nonetheless were far below the threshold required to be invited to Paradise Island. From the outside, the building looked relatively unobtrusive: white stucco walls, a simple glass sliding door that led into an air-conditioned lobby where a smiling blonde receptionist greeted applicants, handed them a contract, and indicated which interview room they would be in.

The applicants were all young women, most of them beautiful enough to turn heads when they walked down the street. They'd been invited to apply to Paradise Island either through direct contact or through word of mouth. The luxury resort island for the wealthiest of the 1% was more myth than reality even to these girls at the recruiting centre, but it was clear that whoever ran this island wanted it full of beautiful people. Most of the girls knew why - it wasn't hard to figure out why the wealthiest men in the world would want a bunch of pretty girls hanging around them. Even at the boat clubs down the road from the recruitment building, older men set sail on their yachts with giggling girls half their age, if that.

Some girls were sent into the interview rooms two at a time, while others only went in individually. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to it, and the heavy soundproof interview doors kept any sound out. The contracts, meanwhile, kept the girls busy. Mostly they were Non-Disclosure Agreements, forbidding the applicants from speaking about anything in the application and hiring process that began from this moment and continued until they were released from employment.

Inside Interview Room #4, a young man with dark hair sat behind a desk. A bright light shone from behind him, illuminating the space in front of him where presumably the girl or girls would stand. He had a pad of paper on the table in front of him, and a heavy black pen which he was tapping on the wooden surface of the desk while he waited. Behind the light, he was slightly obscured because of the glare, but he looked handsome enough. There was something in his bearing that spoke of superiority, real or imagined.

I'm looking for someone who is creative and literate and can play multiple characters (I'll be doing the same).

I've been roleplaying for a long while now and consider myself fairly accomplished and literate. I'm happy to play multiple dynamic characters and normally write about 2-4 paragraphs; more during description, less during dialogue.
