Guys i am fuxxking stressed and in psychosis panic state cause of my future.

I am 20 given neet 2 times after 12th and cuet this year nothing worked. Neet is gone , cuet du is gone waiting for curaj and if it doesn't work out my score is pretty moderate to low 328/750 in cuet all gov uni in big cities are closed now. What should i do my parents are anxious cause I threw a tantrum of being docotr was not dream i had and made my parents a little upset and no options are seeming right. I know private uni but i want to go abroad either for my master or phd and work there for while. Plz me find ways
