Do cold-water trout streams exist here?

I'm somewhat new to fly fishing, and I havent found any fishable streams for mid to late summer trout. Do these streams exist here, or do I need to travel further away like PA, Catskills, ADKs?

Not asking for your secret spots, but rather if this is something even worth searching for.

Water should have decent flow and no more than 65 degrees (ideally no more than 62).
