Best Shrimp for a 10-Gallon Tank with Neon Tetras?

Hi everyone! I currently have seven healthy neon tetras in a 10-gallon tank and was thinking about adding a couple of shrimp. Are there any species that tend to do well with neon tetras?

I'm also wondering if adding two shrimp would increase the bioload enough to be a concern in a 10-gallon tank. If it would be pushing things, I'll probably skip it.
