Hey!

Implants are *Motiva Ergonomix Round 360cc* and I'm 169cm (5'6") and 68kg (150 pounds).

  
**TL;DR:**

Results look very fake to me, but I wanted natural.

**Background:** 

I always wanted a BA (small chest, wide frame) but hated the look of obvious implants. I'd hoped for fat transfer only, but was told I'd need too much fat for it to work. Eventually a surgeon convinced me implants would look natural, and said he'd add some fat transfer to even things out — which I don't think he actually did.

**Issues:**

It looks better than before (especially in a bra), but all I see are the implants.

Obvious outlines, unrealistically round shape, and the whole implant shifting as one piece. It looks "fine"-ish if I stand straight with my arms down, but as soon as I move in other positions it becomes obvious where my breast tissue ends and the implant starts (especially noticeable in the last pic).

In the third pic I've tried outlining what I think they should look like? I feel like there's breast "missing" towards the bottom (from the side it's like a triangle sitting on my chest). My nipples also feel too high, though I assume that's not fixable.

**Help needed!**

**I'd be very happy to get any suggestions! Would a different implant be better? Some kind of revision? Fat transfer?** I feel ashamed of them and like I have to hide them :(



PS: Yes, I did ask my surgeon but he was not happy I didn't like it, offered some minor changes he could make (no refund - full surgery cost) and otherwise told me to just gain weight or basically not move if I don't like how the implants look like in other positions :/
