Struggling to choose jane m1 or lucia m1

So I usually run jane/alice/yuzuha and I wanted to get m2 jane someday. However, I have seen that lucia’s m1 is one of the best m1’s and is quite useful, but since I’m getting her wengine anyways I feel like that’s a good enough upgrade so far, so maybe getting closer to m2 jane is more valuable. What are your thoughts on this?
