Teva vs viona ivermectin cream

I am at around 9 weeks of nightly ivermectin. I started with viona, things were fine off and on

Figured there was die off. I will admit I was afraid it was clogging my pores being more ointment like. But I had more good days than bad. Then I switched around 7 weeks to teva brand (which is more gel like) that I was sent and things have gotten worse since then. Not terrible but more bumps and redness than I was having before when I thought things may have been getting better. Is it the change of brand or is a die off this late in the game still possible?! Chatgbt says my treatment isn't working by now should be clear, but I want to know what real people think lol
