Why do some pull this..return request.

Sold a pair of shoes for the low. Buyer won the listing paid, on 7/17/26. That same day the shoes packed and a label created July 17, 2026 10:13 PM The shoes went out on Saturday the next morning. these are going Iowa from the midwest with the slowest and cheapest shipping selected. The tracking is still saying the package is in Indiana. of course the buyer pulls the "INR", saying "I can not wait for it. It is too late." with the complaint on a Sunday. I;m sure knowing that I couldnt contact anyone at USPS on a Sunday. If she was in a time crunch other shipping could have been arranged with her paying a bit more. But, she never said a word until today. I resent the tracking number, as I dont know what USPS stance is until I followup on Monday. I have had people pull this before and the items dropped a day after the complaint.

Has thise been on a uptick with USPS with new rates?
