Minor Problem (I think)

So real quick I’ve been recently having a problem where I hop on the game, wait out a 5 min probation period (hackers did this it happens every single time I start the game and hop on multiplayer) then start playing but that’s where the problem starts. I can level up all I want out second I get off and then get back on my level is reset always to Prestige 1 level 10 and I’m about tired of it, is there anything I can do to fix that or?
