Bachelorette trip suggestions in May 2027

Hi everyone! :) I’m planning my best friend's bachelorette party and she’s thinking she would like to go somewhere around Upstate New York. Sometime in late April or May. (please help me decide which month is best) I'm just not sure if there are any activities for us to do while we're there. She wants to do something along the lines of like outdoor activities, zip-lining, wineries, maybe charter a boat and a nice dinner and night life (bars, live music, etc.) If anyone has any suggestions please help!
