Adagio rooftop

Does anyone know if the rooftop outdoor area of the Adagio condos (243 W 60th) is a private residence or an event space? I always assumed a private residence given that it’s an apartment building but they frequently have pretty large events over there, including recently having people amplified with mics/speakers. Always so curious what’s happening over there since it’s otherwise a pretty quiet block.
