Career Pivot - Bev Alc Sales and Marketing to ???

Hello!!! I'm considering a career pivot and I'm looking to leave a role in bev alc experiential marketing. What are some relatively entry level roles in project management? Would a PMP be a good differentiator for a career transition?

Note, my current role qualifies as the mandatory PM experience for PMI.

Thanks for the advice!
