Question about prescriptions

I just received a prescription for antibiotics that I am supposed to take 4x daily for 1 week, I will obviously still need them for the festival.

How do I go about bringing it to the festival? Online says it needs to have my name, medication name, directions, date it was filled. It also says I can only bring the amount I will need for the day (which in my case will be 4 pills).

If I bring the pill bottle there would be too many pills, but the bottle has everything they require.

Is it better to put in a ziplock bag with written out instructions or take the remainder of the pills I don’t need out of the bottle and only take what I need?
