Getting back into hotwheels after 5-7 years

And i have a couple questions.

1. When did this Hotwheels premium thing start?

2. What’s going on with twinmill? Like i remember when I was collecting that twinmill was an iconic car and now we have”super twinmill” “mod-mill” and “mid-mill”.
